Published Papers on Lean Leadership
Since 1995 I have focused my efforts on the most challenging aspect of the Lean transformation - leadership. Along the way I have created new knowledge areas that are practical and will greatly improve your understanding of how to lead a Lean business.
My papers are widely recognized as major contributions to the body of Lean knowledge. They contain essential insights on how to correctly lead a Lean business and achieve REAL LEANSM.
Four of my papers have been recognized by the University of Toyota as innovative and helpful resources for Toyota associates learning The Toyota Way, including "Lean Behaviors," "Linking Leaders' Beliefs to their Behaviors and Competencies," and "Using Value Stream Maps to Improve Leadership."
